Attachments can be added to calendar invites after an event has been accepted. Need to save these attachments straight from outlook calendar as once accepted/declined, following emails with attachments go to recycling bin and cannot be found easily.1 vote
Space in between 2 words in search gets auto-deleted if you type first letter of next word too slow, making unsearchable
If you type 2 words in the search box of Outlook plug-in such as "John Doe" (with a space in between the 2 words) and you type the first letter of the next word too slow or if you pause to type it, (when typing out the "D" for Doe), then it will cause the intended space to get automatically deleted and push the 2 words together which causes it to become all one word and becomes a new word and unsearchable. It goes from the intended "John Doe" with a space to the unintended "JohnDoe" without a space and becomes unsearchable. You should NOT auto-delete anything that we type out in the search box. LEAVE OUR TYPING ALONE.

When you start to type out a word in the search box such as "Smith Marianne" the item will not pull up until you have finished typing out the entire word. If you have only typed out "Smith Ma" then there are no search results. Even if you type out as far as "Smith Marian" without the "ne" at the end, there are still no search results. Only after you have typed out the full last name and then the full first name, then it appears. Like this "Smith Marianne". Or if you type out the full name "Smith" by itself, then all Smith's will appear. But as soon as you start typing the next word such as "M" for Marianne, then all search results will disappear until the word is completely finished all the way to the last letter in the word. It should be that all search results come up even if you haven't finished spelling the word to the last letter.

Due to the current situation with COVID-19 and many people now working remotely, some Microsoft services are throttling to handle the extra load.
This can result in a ‘503’ (Service Unavailable/Server Too Busy) is one of the errors that may appear when this occurs.
Due to this, the 503 error may also appear intermittently when using the OnePlaceMail App as well as OnePlaceMail & OnePlaceDocs Desktop with Office 365.
We have logged this with Microsoft Support and encourage users experiencing this to do the same via their tenant in Central Administration1 vote

The latest changes in Google Chrome handling of cookies has resulted in a change to the way we can authenticate when using the OnePlaceMail App.
We're working to align the authentication of the app with these updates.
Part of these changes will include the need for re-consent of permissions by the OnePlaceMail App. Administrators will be able to proactively re-consent for their organization so that users are not impacted or prompted to re-consent.
Please vote/subscribe to this announcement to keep track of changes and progress.

Have the ability to select print to PDF as part of the save to SharePoint so with just dragging and dropping, maybe as part of the manage files pop up box, one option is send this file as PDF instead of its native format3 votes
Rather than having to tick all attachments every time, can we have a setting that allows us to set the default that all attachments are ticked?3 votes

Hello, I am recieving an error message that says "There was an issue saving your email(s) to SharePoint " and moreover, please see the attached picture. Any Ideas of what is wrong? I have ignored it many times and thought it might just be a small bug, but no it comes more frequently.2 votes
I used to be able to use the Outlook app no problem, but recently after I got back from a vacation, the app gets stuck signing in to Office365. I have already signed out and signed back in again for the Office programs as a whole and the OnePlaceMail app specifically, but this did not help. Anyone know of a way to fix this?1 vote
Currently when you save an email using the OnePlaceMail for Outlook App it does not save externally linked images. It would be better if it did - otherwise you only get part of the email.1 vote
