We have three users who use OnePlaceMail, is there a way to inform other users that an email has already been uploaded to SharePoint? A user in my organization says that there used to be a check mark that would appear on an email to indicate it had already been uploaded, but I am finding a hard time finding how to set this up or get it working again. Any suggestions?2 votes
You may receive notification that there was an issue when saving an email to SharePoint using OnePlaceMail.
We are aware of this issue, and are currently working on this to resolve as quickly as possible. We are also working with Microsoft to resolve this.

No one at two different Office 365 tenants are able to access Office 365 Groups to save email. The error states "No available Office 365 Groups". Please advise...3 votes
Just to update this item, this issue has since been resolved- 365 groups should now be available when saving using the OnePlaceMail app for Outlook.
