Saving attachments from Outlook Calendar invites to Sharepoint
Attachments can be added to calendar invites after an event has been accepted. Need to save these attachments straight from outlook calendar as once accepted/declined, following emails with attachments go to recycling bin and cannot be found easily.

Create new documents from oneplacedocs
Create new documents from oneplacedocs. Would be great to create new docs from specific templates directly in OnePlace docs/OnePlace mail

Save & Send files as PDF instead of native format direct into SharePoint
Have the ability to select print to PDF as part of the save to SharePoint so with just dragging and dropping, maybe as part of the manage files pop up box, one option is send this file as PDF instead of its native format

save external images
Currently when you save an email using the OnePlaceMail for Outlook App it does not save externally linked images. It would be better if it did - otherwise you only get part of the email.

Automatically save the email (.eml) as the email content type and attachments as default (document) content type
At the moment, the user may choose whether to save both the email (.eml) and the attachments in one go. They may then choose the SharePoint Content Type to save in. However - where an Email content type has been set up, the choice doesn't make sense as the type should be different for the email file and the attachments.
The only option for the user is to save twice (.eml and attachments separately), choosing different content type each time.
This could be easily fixed / enhanced by automatically selecting the Email content type (if one exists) for the email,…4 votes -

Include SharePoint target in Upload list for Attachments
Be nice to have the option to save to SP available when you've clicked on an attachment.

Hi Fiona
Thanks for the response. The managed metadata column is soon to be released – I’ll be sure to update this thread as soon as this is available.
Kind regards

can't use add in with a generic email address
This add on is so easy to use and we see the potential with it. We use a generic email address (eg. accounts@....) for suppliers to send invoices to. Unfortunately, we cannot use the add-in when moving invoice attachments from the generic email address only when in our personal email box. Is there a solution in place for this? thanks

Hide inactive projects
There should be an option to hide inactive projects, other ways the project list can be quite cluttered after a while.
