Currently the user must save emails manually to to SharePoint via the OnePlaceMail App.
It would be good to be able to save an email to a location, where that location will then be 'tagged' and OnePlaceMail is able to identify all email replies in that email thread and automatically save them to the same location, to save time and prevent emails from having to be manually saved.1 vote
The OnePlaceMail App does not currently support searching for MMD terms using synonyms/alternate terms.
OnePlaceMail Desktop supports this.1 vote

It would be nice to be able to sort documents by date, as currently content is only sorted in alphabetical order by filename. Or additionally, improve the selection of documents further by sorting content as per the default view in SharePoint possibly.1 vote
It would be good to have the ability to view complete filenames in the App where the names are too long and get truncated due to limited space in the pane. It would be nice to be able to hover over a file and be given the full name of that file or have scroll functionality, instead of having to click the 'elipses' to view the full name.1 vote
We have three users who use OnePlaceMail, is there a way to inform other users that an email has already been uploaded to SharePoint? A user in my organization says that there used to be a check mark that would appear on an email to indicate it had already been uploaded, but I am finding a hard time finding how to set this up or get it working again. Any suggestions?2 votes
All users in our organisation have trouble listing the sites from one Sharepoint site which is not the case for other sites. When I open the site from OnePlaceMail outlook add-in it says :
We had trouble listing out what sites you have
The message we received was: The request is unprocessable because it uses too many resources
If this makes no sense to you, let your I.T. people know.
It would be nice to tell them this reference ID too: 7a7784f3-2582-4b6b-c27b-957061c062a8
Is there any solution for this issue ?1 vote
Allow viewing pane for email to be also along bottom of screen rather than just to right hand side.
Permit emails to be deleted from within Outlook rather than only in Sharepoint.
Allow transfer of emails stored in OnePlaceMail folder to be transferred back into Inbox or other folder within Outlook.1 vote
I'd love to use OnePlaceMail on my personal Outlook to save attachments to folders in OneDrive Personal.1 vote
When saving to OneDrive, please allow to navigate inside Shortcut Folders created like this: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/add-shortcuts-to-shared-folders-in-onedrive-for-work-or-school-d66b1347-99b7-4470-9360-ffc048d35a33?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US
This will allow to save to folders shared by others users.2 votes

The latest changes in Google Chrome handling of cookies has resulted in a change to the way we can authenticate when using the OnePlaceMail App.
We're working to align the authentication of the app with these updates.
Part of these changes will include the need for re-consent of permissions by the OnePlaceMail App. Administrators will be able to proactively re-consent for their organization so that users are not impacted or prompted to re-consent.
Please vote/subscribe to this announcement to keep track of changes and progress.

Due to the current situation with COVID-19 and many people now working remotely, some Microsoft services are throttling to handle the extra load.
This can result in a ‘503’ (Service Unavailable/Server Too Busy) is one of the errors that may appear when this occurs.
Due to this, the 503 error may also appear intermittently when using the OnePlaceMail App as well as OnePlaceMail & OnePlaceDocs Desktop with Office 365.
We have logged this with Microsoft Support and encourage users experiencing this to do the same via their tenant in Central Administration2 votes
Create new documents from oneplacedocs. Would be great to create new docs from specific templates directly in OnePlace docs/OnePlace mail2 votes
Have the ability to select print to PDF as part of the save to SharePoint so with just dragging and dropping, maybe as part of the manage files pop up box, one option is send this file as PDF instead of its native format5 votes
