Inform Other Users That An Email Has Already Been Uploaded
We have three users who use OnePlaceMail, is there a way to inform other users that an email has already been uploaded to SharePoint? A user in my organization says that there used to be a check mark that would appear on an email to indicate it had already been uploaded, but I am finding a hard time finding how to set this up or get it working again. Any suggestions?

Space in between 2 words in search gets auto-deleted if you type first letter of next word too slow, making unsearchable
If you type 2 words in the search box of Outlook plug-in such as "John Doe" (with a space in between the 2 words) and you type the first letter of the next word too slow or if you pause to type it, (when typing out the "D" for Doe), then it will cause the intended space to get automatically deleted and push the 2 words together which causes it to become all one word and becomes a new word and unsearchable. It goes from the intended "John Doe" with a space to the unintended "JohnDoe" without a space and…

search words should still produce file even if the word is not finished being spelled out
When you start to type out a word in the search box such as "Smith Marianne" the item will not pull up until you have finished typing out the entire word. If you have only typed out "Smith Ma" then there are no search results. Even if you type out as far as "Smith Marian" without the "ne" at the end, there are still no search results. Only after you have typed out the full last name and then the full first name, then it appears. Like this "Smith Marianne". Or if you type out the full name "Smith" by…

Have the option for all attachments to be ticked by default
Rather than having to tick all attachments every time, can we have a setting that allows us to set the default that all attachments are ticked?
3 votesHi!
We’re pleased to update this item to advise that this is now available in the OnePlaceMail App. You can enable the App to always select attachments when saving to SharePoint.
This can be set via the user settings.

Saving filename to allow period ("."), comma (",") and other allowable characters
I save files using YYYY.MM.DD format, however, OnePlace does not allow that naming convention.
I like the reply with links option, but while I wait for that (i.e., uploading files) and then do another task (like open another email), I can't see that option or email with links. If I want to get back to that reply with links, I need to re-upload all the files, overwrite the files, wait, and repeat the process. It's a great feature, but there should be an easier way to reply with links.
Finally, when saving from Outlook, if I "get back to work"…

Manage saving (lodging) multiple emails together
Allow processing of multiple emails together. If I select more than one email in the OWA UI I want to be able to post them to a chosen SP library together - not one at a time.

Show sites you have "followed" or marked "Favorite" in SharePoint also as Favorite in Oneplacemail
When working with multiple (changing) sites in SharePoint, it would be great if those sites or libraries that are marked as Favorite in SharePoint would automatically pop-up as favorites in Oneplacemail.

Add option to default to Save Attachment
My team will almost never be saving an email. We're looking for a way to ease saving attachments to SharePoint. Having the ability to set the default to the attachment, rather than the email, would be much preferred.

Provide metadata fields
Works great, however only title, filename and version overwrite are the only metadata fields provided. There are several others that are not.
That's the only reason I installed the app.

Can log in to Office 365 but cannot see my Team SharePoint or personal OneDrive for Business folder
I am able to log in to my Office 365 (business) account but I can't see my Team SharePoint site or my own OneDrive for Business folder. I do however see a long list of SharePoint sites for other departments in my organization. I tried searching as well, but no luck. Any suggestions?
