Saving an email from Outlook Mobile using OnePlaceMail App - Error: This protocol does not support ImmutableIds
Unable to save any email from Outlook Mobile (android) using OnePlaceMail app.
It shows that some error has occurred, please contact your IT Administrator.
Then an automated email comes from No Reply <firstname.lastname@example.org>. Attached with this post.

This issue has been resolved. If you are experiencing this issue please ensure you have updated the Outlook App on your device.
A few days ago we noted an issue for first time users receiving 'Error 400 Bad Request' when attempting to sign in to our app.
Sorry about that! We have now resolved the issue and you should be able to log in.

No one at two different Office 365 tenants are able to access Office 365 Groups to save email. The error states "No available Office 365 Groups". Please advise...3 votes
Just to update this item, this issue has since been resolved- 365 groups should now be available when saving using the OnePlaceMail app for Outlook.

groups are not shown correctly. I would like to save in my O365 groups. I don't see them.
