Office 365 Federated login
I recently installed your OnePlaceMail solution. I am receiving an error when logging in to Office 365 via OnePlaceMail. Running Office 2013 32bit, Windows 10 Enterprise 64bit, Office 365 E3 plan,
We are federated so our accounts are authenticated via our federation servers. When I click the OnePlaceMail Sign-in button a never see the Microsoft login screen, I get taken directly to our federation login page and I never see an option to "Keep me signed in"
Just an update to this issue, this is a known issue with federated auth + Outlook 2013 - we've raised this with Microsoft and unfortunately have our hands tied.
In the meantime, its possible to use OWA, Outlook 2016, or Outlook for Mac.
