This is certainly a function that would improve the app significantly and has just put a hold on the full roll of the product to all our business units.

Office 365 shared mailbox added as a user mailbox to prevent shared cache on user mailbox. The OnePLaceMail solution plugin for outlook only works with prompting to upload mail if it is the users own mailbox and if people want the shared mailbox to keep its own sent items, it doesn't work with shared mailboxes. Instead Open up for adding mailboxes, shared or not, to work with OnePlacemail plugin in outlook.

this would go a long way to opening this product up for other areas of our company and to increase our license pool.
