  1. Saving an email from Outlook Mobile using OnePlaceMail App - Error: This protocol does not support ImmutableIds

    Unable to save any email from Outlook Mobile (android) using OnePlaceMail app.

    It shows that some error has occurred, please contact your IT Administrator.

    Then an automated email comes from No Reply noreply@oneplacesolutions.com. Attached with this post.

    Please check and help resolving this issue.

  3. Error logging in 400 - Resolved

    A few days ago we noted an issue for first time users receiving 'Error 400 Bad Request' when attempting to sign in to our app.

    Sorry about that! We have now resolved the issue and you should be able to log in.
