Metadata column width needs to be fixed
If the width of metadata columns is adjusted for comfortable work and reading then all is collapsed back to very narrow defaults after the click of refresh button.
It would be great to get keeping user settings fixed.

We have the same problem which is frustrating users as this does not happen in any native Outlook/Public Folder views.
