We are using conditional color coding settings to mark entries in SharePoint depending on the Approval Status of document.
Approved documents are on green background, Rejected – show up on the red and the Pending ones are displayed grey (illustration attached).
If OnePlaceDocs isn’t able to read the color coding settings from the SharePoint it would be very helpful possibility to create similar rules/settings to mark entries in its own interface like we can do it in Excel.
