Make an option to add selected file as new version (with new name / new file extension)
I work on word files - letter projects
when a letter is send, I want to replace a word file with a pdf file
Sharepoint allows it with a workaround - first change a name to pdf file name and then replace with new file1 vote
It would be great to make some minor changes in views directly from OnePlaceDocs (showing missing column, hiding column, changing order of columns)2 votes
Allow coping metadata from table view - in Sharepoint (quickedit view) it is possible to copy values from table view
It would be great to implement it. It can be useful to make a list of files, list of IDs2 votes
When You upload many files You don't know which are replaced and which are new - please add pop-up window with a list of replaced files
You can add an option to add a comment to files being replaced1 vote
Make ID visible on Properties pane1 vote
Add version history view on right pane
As a temporary solution add to button "copy as link" option "to version history" - a link construction is:

OnePlaceDocs: open files with the system default handler based on file type (eg, if your system has Adobe Reader DC as it’s default PDF handler, then you would like OnePlaceDocs to always try to use that). The default is currently to try and do what SharePoint wants (if the override in CommonConfigLocal.xml is not present of course).
Now users have to change the open with setting for pdf to Adobe reader every day becauce the commonconfiglocal.xml is flushes because of roaming profile / UPS on RDS.1 vote
Currently, it is not possible to expand the width of any column in Save to SharePoint window. For example we have a library column (type :dropdown list). Values are long and user cant see the entire value to pick2 votes
I have an issue where suggested locations was not showing in OPM and it can be fixed by adding the site url into Navigation > SharePoint Search Services > Specific site collection
What i need to know is there a way to push this setting out globally to all users or does it need to be manually set by each user?1 vote
The option to save documents to OneDrive would be beneficial!1 vote
Allow the default view for a OnePlace Docs site to be set locally (some of my peers want to default to explorer view)
Some of my peers prefer the explorer view in OPS Docs (or other non-default sharepoint layouts). I think it should be something that could be overridden locally for favorites.2 votes
We would like to be able to open multiple OnePlaceDocs windows and drag and drop documents between the windows to enable users to easily move/copy documents to a new library.
Similar to opening libraries in Windows Explorer.6 votes
When choosing to save a document to SharePoint from within MS Office applications we are unable to include underscores in the filenames.
We are using OnePlaceLive to push out configuration profiles - what do I need to tweak to allow the underscores? I'm not very technical so simple instructions required :-).
Version details below
Release Number: 7.7.0
Outlook Version: 2013
Many thanks in advance!
I wish we were able to increase the font size of folders and files on OnePlace docs view... It's hard to see for some people , would be great if we could customize the interface the way we want4 votes
We have a number of photos/images within SharePoint, and can view multiple images through the browser using the "Tile" view.
Are you considering creating these view options within OPM Explorer to assist with the viewing of the images for the user.2 votes
We would like the capability either via the ribbon or right mouse click to copy a document, and save this to the same location or another site within our SharePoint Online environment.4 votes
oneplace mail is a good feature but we have some users who would prefer to use 'explorer' and explorer allows users to drag and drop attachments from outlook emails directly into a folder or into the email5 votes
What is this below? And how do I fix it?
Also why doesn't OnePlace support ever get back to. I sent in a support ticket last Friday and today is Wednesday. That's to long to contact me back.
