    Add version history view on right pane
    As a temporary solution add to button "copy as link" option "to version history" - a link construction is:
    https://.......sharepoint.com/sites/......./_layouts/15/Versions.aspx?List=...........................................................&ID= & [ID]

  4. Saving from MS office to PDF

    OPM & OPD should have option to save the document in PDF format into SharePoint.

    For example, if a word document is filed in SharePoint, the user will need to save it locally first and then convert it to a PDF.

    Users repeatedly need to convert word documents or powerpoint presentations into PDFs. OPD does not allow the user to change the format of the item when saving.

  7. Copying/ Duplicating documents

    We would like the capability either via the ribbon or right mouse click to copy a document, and save this to the same location or another site within our SharePoint Online environment.

  9. Downloading multiple documents from OnePlaceDocsExplorer

    It would be nice if you can select multiple documents in the explorer and then either drag and drop, right click and/or use the download option to export these to a location on your desktop.

  10. Make it possible that "owerwrite exising document is always on

    Cause if you have tagged the document after finding the right location and you hit "save" and the error goes "this document already exist" then you need to do the operation all over again. We would like this option to always be "on"

  11. Lookup metadata for documents - search "starts with" and not "contains"

    Hi,

    Some of our metadata fields for documents are based on lookup lists.

    When saving a document, we need to add some metadata. For lookup lists, when entering the beginning of the metadata term that is present in the lookup list, then we find the metadata we want. But when we enter a piece of the metadata from a term inside the lookup list, then we find nothing.

    For example:

    lookup list consist of:

    • New York

    • Los Angeles

    • Toronto

    When entering "New" then there is an auto-complete for "New York"

    When entering "York", we find nothing but we would expect…
