Add version history view
Add version history view on right pane
As a temporary solution add to button "copy as link" option "to version history" - a link construction is:
https://.......sharepoint.com/sites/......./_layouts/15/Versions.aspx?List=...........................................................&ID= & [ID]

From release 8.3, it is now possible to see the version history in the right hand pane via OnePlaceDocs and OnePlaceMail
