  1. Is it possible to get OnePlaceMail in a different language

    My colleagues and i are from the Netherlands and would like to see the solution in our own language. Is this possible?

  2. HotFix 7.5.2 is now available for download

  3. Urgent Notice- OnePlace Solutions

    Hi All,

    Issue:

    We were alerted 2 days ago to an issue as a result of Windows updates impacting many of our OnePlace Solutions customers. The issue is causing Outlook and OnePlaceDocs Explorer to crash upon using the email preview capability. Unrelated to OnePlace Solutions, Internet Explorer also suffers from the same issue upon viewing .mht files.

    Investigation:

    Upon investigation, we found this error has been caused by Windows updates as listed below. Specifically, we found viewing (msg or eml files) as .mht files where the path including the filename length was greater than 121 characters, this would cause the…
