  1. Insert from SharePoint documents pane, font size

With the "insert from SharePoint" dialog box in Outlook, it would be great if we also could be able to increase the font size of the OnePlaceMail - insert from SharePoint view.
I have "perfect" vision and even I struggle with the font size in OnePlaceMail Explorer.

It's hard to see for some people , would be great if we could customize the interface (Fonts) the way we want

  2. Viewing Folders In Content Pane (Outlook View)

Is there a setting or custom configuration that can be applied that will allow for folders to show up in the view pane and not just in the folder hierarchy pane? This would allow us to view the column data on each folder and filter on it.

  3. Use OnePlaceMail everytime I save + Overwrite files by default?

I have some questions (which a customer asked me)

    1) Is it possible to show the OPM Save prompt every time I click a Save button? WorkSharePoint for instance first asks to save in SharePoint and then locally.

    2) Is it possible to enable "Overwrite existing files" by default for everyone?

  4. show solution profile register list folders in left navigation

    Hi,
Could you please show solution profile register list folders and subfolders in the left navigation pane, expanded under the Solution Profiles heading. Refresh this list on a configurable basis.
Or show the fully expanded folder structure when dragging onto the Solution Profiles left navigation header (please make that a configurable option with # levels to auto-expand).
This will allow users to single click drag and drop to solution profile folders and subfolders, instead of multiple clicks needed currently to navigate the solution profile folder structure after dragging email(s) onto the Solution Profiles header.
    Thank you.

  5. Attempting to expand library throws: Object reference not set to an instance of an object error and not all folders are displayed

I have one particular library with 30 folders below root level. When expanding this library, an error is thrown: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. and not all folders are displayed. On some computers, people can see maybe 10 folders, on others it can be as little as one. Here is the error in full:

An error has occurred retrieving folder information for the list: https://titlestone.sharepoint.com/B Not Progressing. Some folders for this list/library may not be available for selection.

  6. The selected location is currently unavailable

I have the same issue discussed in two other threads by this name:

    http://community.oneplacesolutions.com/oneplacemail/topics/the_selected_location_is_currently_unavailable-alcdz

    http://community.oneplacesolutions.com/oneplacemail/topics/the_selected_location_is_currently_unavailable

The message is displayed as soon as the OnePlace Mail window opens after we opt to move or copy an email to SharePoint- no fodlers or libraries are clicked before the message appears. The message is the same for all sites and libraries. Upload to all of these locations worked when we were using the trial version.

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

Per advice on the referenced threads I have attempted to rename the config.xml file, but the only files in…

  7. Spellcheck when using Send & File button?

By default OnePlaceMail Send and File function doesn’t appear to trigger a spell check when this function is used instead of the normal Outlook Send. This is true even if the option to check spelling on Send is selected in Outlook options.

Is there anyway for us to modify this so a spell check is always run when using Send and File? Something in configuration etc, or allowing OPM to recognise if this setting is turned on in Outlook?

    Thanks, Nadine

  9. Allow the Preview pane to be positioned below the list of items in Outlook view

The OnePlaceMail preview pane in Outlook defaults to being positioned on the right hand side. I can't see any config setting to make it be positioned differently. Would be a good enhancement to allow that to be positioned at the bottom of that panel in Outlook (below the list of items)

  10. Drag & Drop Features of Discussion Boards Plus Popup Metadata Capturing

This is what I was looking for in OPM, please let me know if this is possible:

    (1) Drag & Drop multiple related emails and saved as on post in SharePoint 2010

    (2) Have a popup to allow users to enter metadata

Thank you!! I really hope OPM can do this... fingers crossed...

The email is saved on to our SharePoint server but doesn't have any of the attributes I've defined for it. Also I get the error "Cannot access a closed Stream."

  13. Attachments bigger than 35mb - No prompt to save to Sharepoint

OnePlaceMail does not prompt to save a file attachment that's greater than 35mb. Is this a limitation with the product?

Instead the standard Outlook message : "The file you're attaching is bigger than the server allows." is displayed.

  14. Lookup Fields give false second option

  16. Prompt To Save Attachment To OnePlaceMail

    Hi,

I'm using the latest OnePlaceMail 6.5 Express version. Attachment to email that are automatically attached to Outlook 2010 via third party Acrobat plug-in does not prompt to save to SharePoint 2010.

    Example:

Third Party Acrobat Plug-in install to an application to export document to PDF while in report viewing screen and email.

When this process or export is executed, Outlook open and attached the PDF file but OnePlaceMail does not prompt to save the PDF file.

Similarly if open any PDF file in Adobe Acrobat and click the attach to email button, the file is attached to Outlook but…

  19. Why are my document libraries very slow?

We use the 'OnePlaceMail Save to Sharepoint' feature to bulk upload documents with metadata to a particular libraries on some SharePoint Sub Sites. None of these libraries have more than 2000 documents, nothing massive, mostly single page PDF's.

The problem is, the libraries (across all sub-sites) that we use this feature on are chronically slow (can take up to 6 minutes to open). The only common denominator is that all the libraries in question are ones used with the 'OnePlaceMail' feature.

Has anyone else come across this?

  20. 'Add-in execution' error when Outlook starts up

I am experiencing this error with 1 user, on 1 machine, when Outlook is loading. Other users have no trouble on the same machine.

    System: Win7, Office 2013.

    ERROR:

"Add-in execution error. Outlook crashed during the 'CTPFactoryAvailable' callback of the 'ICustomTaskPaneConsumer' interface while calling into the 'OnePlaceMail' add-in."

I have tried reinstalling OnePlaceMail, Office, and tried registry cleans.

If there is some solution or workaround to avoid rebuilding his profile, or OS, that would be great.

    Thanks in advance.
