I've been using OnePlaceMail successfully for months, I've recently updated the Express Edition to the latest version 6.4 but it's broken my SharePoint Connections, I now see Error: (500) Internal Server Error. I've tried all the obvious things such as removing the connections etc.

  5. Emails attributes' mapping not always working

    Hello,

I created a document library in Sharepoint using column name as defined in the OPM documentation --> emSubject, emTo, EmFrom, ...

For some of my mails it is working. The SP database gets well the meta data.

For some others not. Meta data is empty !

I did a logging but i do not see any error.

I can provide it if needed (but preferably in private message)

    Thank you for your help

  10. Solution Profiles 'losing' their specified groups, reverting to 'Everyone'

I have noticed this since our upgrade to 7.4.2, occasionally OnePlace Live loses its memory of who should have access to certain Solution Profiles. In our organisation there are only two profiles that were originally set up to be accessed by 'Everyone'. The first few times this happened, I noticed at the staff member's desk. I thought maybe I was seeing things, but when I went in this afternoon there were very many profiles that were changed…
