Insert from SharePoint documents pane, font size
With the "insert from SharePoint" dialog box in Outlook, it would be great if we also could be able to increase the font size of the OnePlaceMail - insert from SharePoint view.
I have "perfect" vision and even I struggle with the font size in OnePlaceMail Explorer.It's hard to see for some people , would be great if we could customize the interface (Fonts) the way we want

show solution profile register list folders in left navigation
Hi,
Could you please show solution profile register list folders and subfolders in the left navigation pane, expanded under the Solution Profiles heading. Refresh this list on a configurable basis.
Or show the fully expanded folder structure when dragging onto the Solution Profiles left navigation header (please make that a configurable option with # levels to auto-expand).
This will allow users to single click drag and drop to solution profile folders and subfolders, instead of multiple clicks needed currently to navigate the solution profile folder structure after dragging email(s) onto the Solution Profiles header.

Client javascript error in Outlook 2016, OPM R7.3
Any pointers for javascript error "unable to get property 'childNodes' of undefined or null reference"? Getting this when try to attach Excel files from SharePoint library. Running Win10/Office2016/OPM R7.3

OnePlaceMail Lite roaming profile
Is there a way to change the default behaviour of the roaming profile option under "General Settings" of the Plugin options?
OnePlaceMail Lite plugin does not appear to be using %appdata% to create the oneplacemail.pst file in the default roaming profile folder, but rather the entire mapped path.
This causes problems when the .pst file is not in the same path on a load balanced server (for example, Profile1 is stored under C:\Users\Profile1 on Server1 but may be C:\Users\Profile1_xx on Server2).

Hi,
We encounter an issue when saving emails with OnePlaceMail (v7.3) to document sets:

We have done some troubleshooting and found out it has to be something to do with the library. Because on some libraries saving emails to a document set works, and in other libraries none of the document sets seem to work. Still they are the same document sets that are being used...
Anyone an idea what this could be? Like a special library setting...

Hi,
I'm having an issue where OnePlaceMail Lite crashes Outlook each time I try and save an email. I've attached a screenshot of the issue. Plugins are not available in this version of OnePlaceMail
Hi all,
we have written a plugin for OnePlaceMail to make sure that archived emails cannot be uploaded to SharePoint.
This functionality stopped working from version 7.x and the error we get also confirms this:
Currently we have installed OnePlace Solutions version 7.3. We changed some of the plugin code, redeployed it and now it works like a charm, EXCEPT that we still get the above message "Plugins are not available in this version of OnePlaceMail...." When clicking OK, everything works fine.
Can we do something about this message?

SoapException when uploading to Sharepoint
Hi,
when a customer wants to upload a file to Sharepoint from Outlook he gets a SoapException on checkIn. I've updated the version of Oneplacemail to version 7.2 but still get the same exception.
Is there some settings or config file that isn't updated?

Suggested Locations - Couldn't find anywhere

After filing several emails from the same sender, i tried Suggested Locations, but it says "Couldnt find anywhere"

Script Error Object doesn't support property or method IsFirstUseThisSession
I'm getting the an error (image attached) when clicking on the OnePlaceMail folders in the navigation bar in Outlook2013. They are connected to O365 (sharepoint online) this is a demo version of OPM.
Any ideas?

Error Installing OnePlaceMail Lite on Office 2016 64 bit
I have an issue installing OnePlace Mail Lite on a Windows 64 bit system that is running Office 2016 64bit via Office 365. The error message (screen shot attached) is 0x81f40001. As the error message refers to having an earlier version of OnePlaceMail installed I have checked Programs and Features - not installed. The error message also refers to not having the required version of Microsoft Office installed - as mentioned the machine has Office 2016 64 bit. Search in Lookup does not show all Results
We have a very long list which we use as the datasource of an lookup column. About 1000 Items start with the same Words. When I enter the beginning word, it shows only about 20 Results. There is no paging for the results.

saving a document with identical name as an exsisting document
when saving a document that is named the same as a previous one (the user has forgotten to name it differently) can one place simply retain the metadata and request a new document name rather than loosing all the metadata and having to start all over again? Sorry trying to explain this the best I can - thank you!

Viewing Folders In Content Pane (Outlook View)
Is there a setting or custom configuration that can be applied that will allow for folders to show up in the view pane and not just in the folder hierarchy pane? This would allow us to view the column data on each folder and filter on it.

"Error Loading Content" after 7.2 Lite upgrade
After downgrade to 7.2 Lite, I receive an "error loading content" message when clicking on any of the sharepoint folders. I updated the required prerequisites to the latest version, uninstalled prior to update, removed the Outlook addin prior to update, and rebooted after installation for good measure.

I have the same issue discussed in two other threads by this name:
The message is displayed as soon as the OnePlace Mail window opens after we opt to move or copy an email to SharePoint- no fodlers or libraries are clicked before the message appears. The message is the same for all sites and libraries. Upload to all of these locations worked when we were using the trial version.
