Error in XML document when viewing Location Content
Hi there
My situation arises when I am in Outlook and I try to save an email to SharePoint.
I click on the library I want to save to and get an error in the Location Content tab for that library. It says "There is an error in XML document (259,2068)."
Can you help with what this error might mean or where I should be looking to solve it?

buttons not on toolbar
When I installed the plug in, the buttons did not load in the toolbar. I repaired the install and reinstalled, but they still do not show up. Any thoughts?

Error when uploading in outlook 2010
Hi,
a customer of us is evaluating oneplacemail on a SharePoint 2010 environment but in 70 % of the events they get the following error message
"The file ******* has been modified by ....... on 07 july 2014 14.35.58 +0200:Microsoft.Sharepoint
What can be the reason for this and what is the solution.

When I save a mail to Sharepoint I keep getting an error Message that "file not found" With a big red X in the front of the URL... what is wrong?

Custom email filename formats not working
I'm trying to update the filename format generated when dragging and dropping an email into OnePlaceMail. I've used the configupdate.xml examples from the administration guide to set a custom filename but none of them seem to work. The config.xml is being updated but my file format stays as the default. The preset formats such as sentonsendername_title work fine.
I'm on 6.6.1 Express, Outlook 2010 and Sharepoint 2013. Any ideas?

I got a message that I need to update One place mail but when I try to it won't let me download the file
I am using a computer that i havent used for a while and I got a message that I need to update OnePlace Mail, it said I had " 0" days to do it???
I tried to update but it wont allow me to download the file

msg file not found on upload
I have installed the software on a Win7 (64 Bit) machine with Office 2013 (32 Bit). The SharePoint solution is installed on a SP 2010 machine in a cloud environment. The connection has been tested and works.

Multiple Uploads
Hello,i want to upload a lot of emails from some folder in Outlook.
When i select all the files and click "Copy to Sharepoint"
The files start to copy in the site than i request.
But all the files conform just 1 row of the list.
There's any way of do this but geting 1 row per file?.

One place mail wont open in office 2010 anymore
we have a legacy setup that uses this and suddenly it won't work anymore. Are their any patches that could stop this?

Can't see SharePoint site or O365 Group to Post To.
I just installed the OnePlace add-on for O365. I was attempting to save an attachment to a SharePoint site I have. But the site does not appear in the available SharePoint sites My O365 Group for that same SharePoint site does not appear in the available groups either.

content types not marked as visible appearing when using OPM
In a document library (Sharepoint 2007) we have content types that have "not marked as visible" so they do not appear on the new button in the library and users cannot use then , however when the user uses OPM and goes to select a content type the ones not marked as visible appear is there a way for these content types not to appear.

Unable to save message to Sharepoint
When i try to copy/move a message to sharepoint destination (a document library), in the dialog form "Save to Sharepoint", properties section is empty and save button is disabled...

Unable to add/modify metadata on Library items after enabling OnePlaceMail?
Hello Scinaptic Staff and Community!
We've been quite happy with the OnePlaceMail plugin overall, however a user brought a rather large issue to my attention as we were testing a newly created site.
Here's the issue:
On Site A, "Shared Documents" is configured to have 2 views, the standard default view, and one that shows mostly email related columns so that emails and standard files may be stored in the same library w/o having to look at all the metadata from either eMails or all-else.
Both files and email can be input into the Library by standard upload and OnePlaceMail…

OnePlaceMail not capturing the body of an email when I saved to a List.
If I copy an email into a list, it captures the correct data in columns such as Date, Content Type, Title but it doesn't input the body of the email into the Description column. Currently I have to manually copy the body of the email into the Description column. Is there an alternative to this method?

The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.
Hi, I can't make express edition to work, as I get: : The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized. message. It's a hosted version of SharePoint 2007.Other products work as expected. Even internet explorer works and mapped drives as well.
I can see the following in the documentation part: How can I use OnePlaceMail when my SharePoint server is in another domain or hosted and I need to supply a username and password which is different to who I am logged onto my computer as?

"Server Components are out-of-date" error
As of today, all of my users began getting the "OnePlaceMail Server Components are out-of-date
" error. We are using the 6.3 free edition client for Outlook 2010 on 2010 SP foundation which does not use the Server Components. Have searched everywhere. Have uninstalled and reinstalled a newly downloaded client but it made no difference. Help!

error occurring when saving emails to sharepoint through ONEPLACEMAIL
When saving an email to sharepoint the following error comes up
Object reference not set to an instance of an object
This error has only just happened not sure if it has happened after an update to SharePoint

License Error Location notice - Office 2007
When attempting to store a file - on a Office 2007 environment - the following "error" notice was displayed. It appeared to be a warning only as the user was able to progress.
title - The license has not been specified in Outlook OnePlaceMail Settings / Licensing / Enterprise Edition / Licence Location - please specify the license location and attempt the save operation again.
We have no problems with 2010.

OnePlaceMail not loading in Outlook
Hi,
One one client PC OnePlaceMail is not loading in Outlook. I have installed the latest version 6.4.2 but still nothing.
I followed the KB from Scinaptic en now when I try to enable OnePlaceMail and I see the error shown below.
I thought it had something to do with VSTO but I have installed this, repaired it, nothing...
Any idea?
