My OnePlaceMail folders button doesn't work client version release: 5.1 build 16.0.3 – Outlook 2010; server: version release 5.0 build 15..
Issue with 'client version release: 5.1 build 16.0.3 – Outlook 2010; server: version release 5.0 build 15.0.3 Server; SharePoint 2010.'
All attempts to click on Manage My OnePlaceMail folders give the following message
An error has occurred managing Sharepoint folders.
Error: Cannot create the folder.
Application: Microsoft Outlook

I am glad the issue is resolved.
I would still recommend you to update to our latest release. we have made considerate amount of changes since our version 5 was released which could be really useful for your organisation.

Thank you, we somehow fixed it (deleted online pst folder and created a local one), you can close the ticket. And IT is going to install a new version soon

Hi Elena,
Thanks for your reply back.
Can you please turn on Logging from OPM Settings. Close and reopen outlook and try to reproduce the error and send the log file to mailto:support@oneplacesolutions.com

Hi Zeeshan,
I cannot upgrade it to your latest release. My company uses this version. And some users have the problem while for majority of staff OPM works ok.
Could you please advise me what can be wrong with OPM installation on users' computers?
