SoapException when uploading to Sharepoint
Hi,
when a customer wants to upload a file to Sharepoint from Outlook he gets a SoapException on checkIn. I've updated the version of Oneplacemail to version 7.2 but still get the same exception.
Is there some settings or config file that isn't updated?

I've opened a ticket 2 weeks ago but still no response.
This problem is occurring on all document libraries.

We've upgraded to the latest version.

can you please confirm which version of OnePlaceMail you are using?
Can you please enable logging via OnePlaceMail settings, and send the log file through to mailto:support@oneplacesolutions.com

this is at the customer PC. But a year ago, a colleague of me has had the same problem. And the answer there was that the new version would solve it.
The error log is the same as in this ticket.

Are you able to attach a copy of the error message?
If you could please also enable logging via OnePlaceMail settings, General tab, this would be great.
