Suggested Locations - Couldn't find anywhere

Hi,

After filing several emails from the same sender, i tried Suggested Locations, but it says "Couldnt find anywhere"

Any help appreciated.

    The suggested location may return this result, when this is the first item to be saved to a newly created site.

    Can you please confirm if you have any content saved with a similar subject in your SharePoint site?
