All OnePlaceLive licences have been allocated
After a new installation from a PC, OnePlaceMail is working but every 5 minutes there is popup "This operation is restricted due to the following licensing condition:
All OnePlaceLive licenses have been allocated.". I have removed the credentials for this user that appear in license this list, but the popup still appears.

Thanks for your reply. It did the trick. There was a URL listed in this location. After I removed this URL all is working fine.

Can you please check the OnePlaceMail Settings, OnePlace Live Service tab, for the OnePlace Solution Site.
Please ensure there is no URL listed in this location.
