The selected location is currently unavailable
I have the same issue discussed in two other threads by this name:
The message is displayed as soon as the OnePlace Mail window opens after we opt to move or copy an email to SharePoint- no fodlers or libraries are clicked before the message appears. The message is the same for all sites and libraries. Upload to all of these locations worked when we were using the trial version.

Per advice on the referenced threads I have attempted to rename the config.xml file, but the only files in the specified location are manifest, settingsupdatesconfig and config_pre7.

Our SharePoint 2013 installation is vanilla, with no non-standard modifications.

Thank you for your inquiry.
Can you please confirm you can access this location in via SharePoint in the browser?
In regards to the config.xml, please browse to C:\\Appdata\Roaming\One Place Solutions, and copy the commonConfig.xml from this location.
Please delete the original, and then restart Outlook.
