Deleted outlook add-in
I have mistakenly deleted the OnePlaceMail Outlook add-in and cannot get it to re-install. I have tried suggestions in article

There is no OPM addin at;

Could you please check the registry settings for the add in. Please check HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins
Please check the load behaviour setting. This should be 3.

No it does not appear in Options / addins

Sorry I meant the installation runs smoothly (No errors), but OPM does not appear add in when I open Outlook,

Hi Elissa,
Yes OPM is appearing in Programs and Features.
When I re-install OPM everything runs smoothly. I am installing x86 on a Windows 7 PC with outlook 2013.

Can you please confirm whether OnePlaceMail is appearing in Programs & Features?
Are you able to advise what happens when you try to reinstall the software? Please also ensure you are selecting the right version for your environment (x86 / x64 bit).
