OPM doesnt load in Outlook
Suddenly a user is not able to see OPM add-ins in Outlook. We have tries restarting the VM with no success.. The user is executive person so the priority to resolve the issue is high ...any suggestions

We have managed to resolve the issue which was actually related to our virtual desktop environment and the “app” layers.

Could you please confirm whether the add in appearing as active under Outlook, File, Add ins?
