no template in site collection after installing and activating the sharepoint sandbox solution
We want to test OnePlaceMail and installed and activated the sharepoint sandbox solution. Also we changed the security settings according to your explanations in the internet explorer. Unfortunately the solution does not show up in the site collection. We have Office 365.
Thanks in advance for your support!

Hi,
I was just wondering getting your update notice for version 6.2 today - will I have the same problem as before during installation of the update with installing an english component which will not show up in Sharepoint then because I have a German language setting?
How will that be handled in future - will somebody always give me a warning if there could be language issues caused by updates?
Thanks for your reply
Stefan

Ilia,
I managed to solve the problem.
The NL-BE stp file didn't work, the NL-NL file did work.
Sorry to be so fast at concluding it didn't work!
I'm going to test it now!
thanks for the support!

Hi Stefan,
Thank you for your reply.
OnePlaceMail Client requires additional settings to capture Email Body.
Please refer to the "How do I enable OnePlaceMail to capture the Email Body and store in a SharePoint column?" article:
http://www.scinaptic.com/support/0043.html
Please let me know if this solution will be helpful for you.

Great, thanks, the template is now showing up.
Checking the field EmailBody to view the mailcontent within the Email library however the mailtext does not show up in this column. The column content of EmailBody stays empty for all mails.
Thanks for your help!

Hi Stefan,
thank you for your support request!
Every list/library custom template has the “Language” property. And if SharePoint Site and custom list/library languages are not the same, library wouldn’t be displayed under the “Site Actions – More Options...” menu.
I suppose you have not only English language, but also German in SharePoint.
I've created five libraries for different German languages schema (Austria, Germany, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg and Switzerland). Please download the archive:
http://www.scinaptic.com/images/software/scinaptic_oneplacemail_email_library_german.zip
If you have different language, please tell me and I’ll create appropriate template for you.
Could you please do the following:
1) Go to Site Actions – Site Settings
2) Go to “List Templates” under the “Galleries” section
3) Upload all templates with different names and titles:
https://d37wxxhohlp07s.cloudfront.net/s3_images/754199/templates.png?1340330306
4) Try to create new OnePlaceMail Email Library in Site Actions – More Options...
Hope this will help. Please inform me about the result.
