OneplaceMail 7.3 is not accepting config_update.xml

Hi

I've put it in the correct folder yet it's not being "sucked in". It's a very simple file

    Can you please try reinstalling OnePlaceMail?

    Can you please provide us with the screen shot of where your trying to save config_update file?

    if possible can you also send us your config_update file to support at oneplacesolutions.com
