Pst File

Hi. We are using OPM 6.5 with a MOSS 2007 SahrePoint server. We have an intermittent issue whereby user pst files will be placed in odd locations on the network. Has anyone else come acrosss this behaviour?

    Thanks, we recommend the data file location to be set to "roaming" for TS/Citrix installations.

    Hi Elissa, we do us TS and traditional client machines and there may be some cross over. As fas as i know OPM is set to use the local profile for everyone but i will check the next instance we get of a pst file appearing in odd places

    This has not been previously reported.

    Can you please advise if you are using Citrix/TS, and the option set for your default data file. This can be checked via OnePlaceMail Settings, Outlook.
