SharePoint permission level

Does anyone know what type of permission level i need to grant to a SharePoint 2013 user to be able to see the lists and libraries when connecting OnePlaceMail to outlook.? Home member permission alone doesnt seem to be enough?

    Read permission will allow users to see the Sharepoint lists/libraries available.
