Emails moved to "Recovered Files" folder converting to draft
For any reason if the emails are moved to "Recovered Files" folder then they don't remain in their original format. For some reason they are turning to draft mode. Even if moved back to "Inbox" emails remain in draft mode.
Please help in resolving the issue ASAP.

Retain the full subject line from the email when moving to SharePoint
I encourage my users to update the email subject line while in Outlook. This helps to determine which emails need to be captured as a record. However when the Move or Copy to SharePoint functions are used, the email subject line is truncated to 45 characters and the remainder is lost. The email title needs to be re-typed and with OnePlace open, Outlook is locked and the email title cannot be accessed to "copy and paste" the subject line.
This is particularly annoying if a user wants to capture multiple emails. Our current workaround is capturing emails individually rather than…

Site Columns work for some SharePoint sites but not others
We have configured and used the OnePlaceSolution in Outlook and SharePoint. We have Outlook feeding into lists on three separate SharePoint site. Created a list on a forth site (IT) and the add columns from Site Columns doesn't show the OnePlaceSolution list like the other sites. Is it because it is a Private Group?

Adding Subsite to OnePlaceMail Favourites Issue
Whenever I try adding a subsite to the OnePlace Mail Favourites, the address gets reverted back to the root site collection.
This is an issue, as I need to add the subsites to the Favourites as well.

Visual Indicator to show Mail saved to SharePoint not showing
I have saved some e-mails to a migrated SharePoint site which do not seem to give the blue indicator(Transferred to SharePoint) at a quick glance.
Rather, it shows it when I preview the specific mail individually.Could you please elaborate why this is happening?

The ability to set a default save location.
I am aware of a change after version 7.5 to address a performance issue with large SharePoint libraries where if the last location was defaulted on the next copy/move, OnePlaceMail would be querying SharePoint again for the metadata and causing it to hang.
This issue was not apparent to our users as they have a single upload area where the documents after upload are moved to a different location by the use of workflows.
Now every time you wish to upload or copy you are required to select the location.
Would it be possible to have a setting to allow…1 vote -
Search and Launch ribbon buttons just open Favorites folder in OPM data file
I'm running Outlook 2016 (16.0.4738.1000, 32bit) and have installed the latest OnePlaceMail Lite (7.9.0). (We're looking to replace our in-house email filing solution with a SharePoint/OPM solution.)
Having configured the relevant URLs neither the Search button nor any of the Launch actions do anything but open the top-level folder labelled "-Favorites-" in the OnePlaceMail data file, with an empty items list and reading pane.
When choosing locations from the "-Favorites-" list I get the same result.
I've used the express and full versions of OPM in a previous job and, if I remember correctly, these are all supposed to open…

Wrong metadata is captured from Outlook to Sharepoint
Upon saving emails (from Inbox folder) from Outlook to Sharepoint using OnePlaceMail addin, the emails are saved into Sharepoint succesfully. But for some emails "Email Type" is saved as "Sent" instead of "Received". I have checked thoroughly and the relevant emails were indeed "Received" emails and not the "Sent" one.
Please help!

Upload Status Prompt
Previously when uploading a document with the same name, OPM would notify the user of the issue with a message box. Now this error message is not as visual as before as it is within the Upload Status. This is very frustrating as users don't readily look at the upload status and is not retained within outlook when the virtual desktop is restarted. Is there anyway of turning back on the error message prompt and where is the upload status information stored so we can see if we can retain the errors after a reboot. This prompt is crucial when…

User can't find files after changing name in Active Directory
A user has recently changed her name and Active Directory has been updated to reflect this. This was a problem in SharePoint and she couldn't see her files (permissions issue). It was fixed by deleting the user in the site collection then adding her back in. She can now see her files in SharePoint, but can't find them in OnePlace mail. How can we resolve this issue>

Switch to SharePoint View after browsing from a favourie
When browsing a favorite within OnePlaceMail and you have navigated down a couple of sites if you select switch to sharepoint view it takes to root item in the navigation field not the SharePoint Site location you are currently viewing within OnePlaceMail. We would expect the switch to Sharepoint to take you to the location you are currently viewing.

Category flag not set when moving emails to SharePoint
Recently OPM stopped auto-categorizing emails moved to SharePoint. The setting is enabled for the user. Categorization works when copying emails to SharePoint.
Resetting the configuration option didn't resolve the issue. Any ideas?3 votes
