  1. Custom mapping of email attributes not working

I've created an Issue Tracking List on my SharePoint site. Due to organization limitations, I’m not able to load the sandbox solution so I have created a custom column mapping list as outlined in your documentation, updated the settings with the appropriate URL, but when I try to Copy To SharePoint the Properties tab says it is currently unavailable. What am I missing?

  2. Add in isuue Outlook 2013

We are running 6.6.1 in outlook 2013. Every time we close and reopen outlook the add-in has unloaded itself. This is happening only on machines running Outlook 2013. We then need to go to add-ins and re-enable it. Do you have any idea how to resolve this?

    Many Thanks

  3. OPM Search results show filename not title

When searching for a document through OPM, the results show the 'title' of the document. I would like the option to show the 'filename' in the results.

The title is not very accurate as word creates this based on the content of the file, and re-saved documents keep this the same. our users find it very difficult to find the right file through search.

    Thanks!

  4. 'Add-in execution' error when Outlook starts up

I am experiencing this error with 1 user, on 1 machine, when Outlook is loading. Other users have no trouble on the same machine.

    System: Win7, Office 2013.

    ERROR:

"Add-in execution error. Outlook crashed during the 'CTPFactoryAvailable' callback of the 'ICustomTaskPaneConsumer' interface while calling into the 'OnePlaceMail' add-in."

I have tried reinstalling OnePlaceMail, Office, and tried registry cleans.

If there is some solution or workaround to avoid rebuilding his profile, or OS, that would be great.

    Thanks in advance.

  5. Workflow startes twice

We have a library with a workflow that gets started when a new item is created. When we save a document from OnePlaceMail the workflows gets started twice. This does not happen when we upload a document using SharePoint itself.

  6. Why are my document libraries very slow?

We use the 'OnePlaceMail Save to Sharepoint' feature to bulk upload documents with metadata to a particular libraries on some SharePoint Sub Sites. None of these libraries have more than 2000 documents, nothing massive, mostly single page PDF's.

The problem is, the libraries (across all sub-sites) that we use this feature on are chronically slow (can take up to 6 minutes to open). The only common denominator is that all the libraries in question are ones used with the 'OnePlaceMail' feature.

Has anyone else come across this?

  8. Add-in fails to start in Outlook 2013

Why won't OnePlaceMail start when I open Outlook? I continually have to go in and tick the box next to OnePlaceMail in the Add-Ins section of Outlook 2013. The add-in has not been "disabled" it just inactive. As soon as I tick the box next to OnePlaceMail, the add-in loads perfectly fine. What is preventing this from happening at Outlook start up?

It is worth mentioning that I have already tried disabling all add-ins EXCEPT OPM, a Microsoft Office repair, and a OPM client reinstallation. Also, I am using OPM 6.5 Express Edition.

  13. Lookup Fields give false second option

When using those selection fields where you select a specific dataset, when uploading an Email to SharePoint we have the following problem:

After having selected the value, another selection box appears, which makes no sense, as only one value may be selected.

  14. Set permissions in SharePoint automatically

I would suggest a new Feature:

If I store files on SharePoint and I want to send a document from SharePoint to a mail-receipient who has no Access to the library there should be an Option to automatically assign permissions to the document.

  17. Custom Document Libraries Missing in connected site collection

I have an Office 365 site, migrated from earlier Office 365, and most of the libraries are not shown when I create a site collection connection. Is there a limitation on custom content types in document libraries?

  18. Configuring Credentials to connect to Hosted Sharepoint Instance

Hello I am attempting to configure OnePlaceMail Express to work with an Intermedia hosted Sharepoint instance. The login credentials for the sharepoint database DO NOT require a Domain, only a login name and password. When I attempt to configure this in Outlook 2010 OnePlacemail insists that I provide an Active Directory Domain. I have tried \ and * and though they are accepted I still cannot connect to the sharepoint site to manage folders. Is there any type of workaround?

  19. After manually creating site columns and content type unable see content type in the create new library dialog.

Unable to install the sandbox solution due to permissions so I have followed the instructions to create the site columns and content type manually. The OnePlaceMail Email content type does not show in the dialog for creating new libraries in Sharepoint 2010. Is there a template to upload?

  20. Attachments bigger than 35mb - No prompt to save to Sharepoint

OnePlaceMail does not prompt to save a file attachment that's greater than 35mb. Is this a limitation with the product?

Instead the standard Outlook message : "The file you're attaching is bigger than the server allows." is displayed.
