  1. Ask me every time I send an email

Hi I am using the Express edition and I can easily save an email in my inbox to SharePoint 2010.

Is there a way I can get a prompt every time I send an email, so I remember to file important emails into SharePoint

    Example: we sent an all-staff…

Is there a list of the email attributes available on the site, so I can create my own library columns easily?

When I click on the email in SharePoint and using Outlook 2010 I get the the option to view or save. With Outlook 2007 I only get the option to save. I can I get the option to view. We need to be able to open the email in SharePoint using Outlook 2007.
