How to delete archived emails?
Hi all,
In Outlook view, how can I delete emails that have been archived? I know I can delete emails in the Sharepoint view but this is not handy as it's a different view/ interface.

Best way to send Unsupported Items in SharePoint
What is the best way to send Unsupported Items (Emails like Return receipt, Read aknowledgment, Meeting accepted, etc.) in SharePoint with OnePlaceMail ?
Is there a trick or something to send them with OnePlaceMail ?

Office 365, SharePoint onine and One Place mail.
Does one need to upgrade One Place mail in order for it to work with Office 365? Then will the current version of One Place Mail work with the SharePoint online? Is the new version of One Place mail for Office 365 compatible with Office 2010?

we have a legacy setup that uses this and suddenly it won't work anymore. Are their any patches that could stop this?

Hi All,
Issue:
We were alerted 2 days ago to an issue as a result of Windows updates impacting many of our OnePlace Solutions customers. The issue is causing Outlook and OnePlaceDocs Explorer to crash upon using the email preview capability. Unrelated to OnePlace Solutions, Internet Explorer also suffers from the same issue upon viewing .mht files.
Investigation:

Is there a way to see managed metadata filters in "OnePlaceMail - Insert From SharePoint" window?
I am trying to get the filters similar to managed metadata navigation filters that show up on the left pane in the SharePoint Library.

Are you able to copy multiple emails to SharePoint at once as separate list items?
I have a requirement to select multiple emails and copy them to SharePoint in a batch but have them all created as separate items. Is this possible?

Upgrade OPM Lite to 7.4 (Yeah :)) - But how?
Well here we go again.....
As much as we love OPML, and love a free upgrade even more, why do you need to make it so difficult?
Can you please explain the easiest way to upgrade from OPML 7.3 to 7.4?

Oen Word Client instead of Office 365
I can see the preview of some documents (like .docx) in OPM. Can I force OnePlaceMail to open these documents in my installed word 2016 client and not in MS Office 365 online?

File replacement by default, Possible?
Hi,
I'm looking for a way to allow file replacement (ideally without confirmation) while uploading file with an existing name.
Is it possible in OnePlaceMail/OnePlaceDocs 7.3.3 ?
I saw this proposal : http://community.oneplacesolutions.com/oneplacemail/topics/use_oneplacemail_everytime_i_save_overwrite_files_by_default but it is 3 years old. Do you know if this settings has been implemented since?

Multiple Uploads
Hello,i want to upload a lot of emails from some folder in Outlook.
When i select all the files and click "Copy to Sharepoint"
The files start to copy in the site than i request.
But all the files conform just 1 row of the list.
There's any way of do this but geting 1 row per file?.

config_update is removed
Hello thanks for read, i have my config_update.xml in the folder "C:\Users\me\AppData\Roaming\OnePlace Solutions"
When i open outlook 2013 the file is deleted from the folder.
And the configuration does not work.
Any clue with this?

Error message : "ServerRelativeURL" when sending mail to sharepoint
Hi,
We have few users with the following message "ServerRelativeURL" when they want to send an email to SharePoint.
I saw that in the Favorites.xml file, sometimes we had :80 in the URL.
When I delete the :80 mention it works, we can send email.
But the problem is that the :80 comes back again in the url and I don't know why.

Addin not appearing
Despite enabling the add-in it does no go on when Outlook is first turned on each day.
Office 2016 and OPMD 7.3.1
The add-in is ticked as always enabled.
We have run the long repair on office but this has not made a difference.

No multiple attachment upload possible
Hi,
I've tried to save multiple attachments to sharepoint but it only "moves" the first attachment to the saving dialoge. (see picture)
I am running Windows 10 with Outlook 2016 and I updated to the latest OnePlaceMail Version. Is this a known bug or am I doing something wrong?

My OnePlaceMail folders button doesn't work client version release: 5.1 build 16.0.3 – Outlook 2010; server: version release 5.0 build 15..
