Also, could you please confirm you have installed Productivity Tools for 64bit or 32bit. Please note this is based on Office, rather than Windows.

Can you please confirm if the 'Send To' is appearing on any other PC that might have OnePlaceMail installed on it?If so, please browse to the following location on that PC - c:\users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo
Please copy the SharePoint shortcut, and paste in the same location on the PC that the file is not appearing.Can you also please confirm that the file "SendToHandler.exe" is appearing in C:\Program Files\Scinaptic\Scinaptic OnePlaceMail

This setting can be turned off.
Please go to OnePlaceMail Settings --> Outlook --> Prompt to 'Save to SharePoint' when sending an email.
Please then close/restart Outlook for this setting to take effect.

Yes, it is possible to use a document library to store emails. OnePlaceMail allows you to easily move/copy emails from Outlook into your SharePoint document libraries.
That is correct, you are able to perform a search emails which are stored in a document library, right from Outlook.

You could set up a rule in Outlook to move items to a specific document library. You would need to turn off any OnePlaceMail prompts, and also note that any additional metadata won't be set

Please delete the file named config.xml
Please reopen Outlook
