    Hi

    I think that the URL is set correctly because when I click on "Try license check again" (second screenshot), it works.

    My question is why do we have this ? I would like to avoid our 600 users to have this issue ...

    I just found the explanation :

    When we make the favorite with the colored icon, it works

    When we make the favorite with the sub-folder it doesn't work (I don't know why, but it works with the first icon, so it is ok for me).

    Thanks for your reply, unfortunately we already have the 7.2 version and it doesn't work (it's aleatory on a same pc).

    We will try to rename the config file.

    Hi we have the same problem, the prompt to "Save to sharepoint" when we send an email does not appear each time.

    For the majority of the users this works correctly but for some it doesn't.

    The boxes are well selected in the OnePlaceMail configuration menu.

    Sometimes, when we close and open Outlook, it works but is there a real solution to avoid this ?

    We use OPM 7.2 and OnePlace Docs.

    In fact we have a problem, because sometimes users loose their favorites.

    Is there a way to save or to export the favorites with OPM V7 ? (just the favorites, not the config file).

    We use R6.6.1 at the moment, but we should upgrade to R7 in few weeks.

    We have the 6.6.1 version of OPM.

    I mean that we have a free text field instead of a list.

    We can write some keywords, but we cannot choose some keyword from a list, because we have no list displayed (the field is not a list).

    OK it works, thanks, I have enable the "Copy to SharePoint" button because it was disabled in my config file.

    What about the Drag & drop to the favorites ? Is it possible to configure something to keep the email in Outlook when we Drag & drop to a favorite ?

    Hi

    I use One Place Mail v6.6.1 and when I use "Copy to SharePoint" the email is placed in the deleted items folder, categorised as 'OnePlaceMail Deletion'.

    Is it possible to put an email to sharepoint, and to keep it in Outlook in the original location ?
