    Hi Michael,

    That's correct. The full version of OnePlaceMail is not updated via live update service, it has be to updated via deployment software.

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    In this thread the question is related to OnePlaceMail Lite (free version), However, for the fully licensed OnePlaceMail version the update is not done automatically. The updates are done by administrator either by group policy or by SCCM or whatever tool is used in your organisation to deploy software.

    Hi Jorge,

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    Can you please upgrade to our latest release 7.8 from this link https://www.oneplacesolutions.com/download-clients.html (you will have to fill up a small form).

    If after updating you still get the same error then please delete your PST file. In Outlook go to file-->Account settings-->Account settings--> Data files--> Select OnePlaceMail and hit remove.
    Close/Reopen Outlook and check if issue still occurs.

    Does this error occur when adding a particular SharePoint site or all SharePoint sites?

    Can the user access the same site in the browser?

    Can you also try doing a repair on OnePlaceMail Lite?

    We use HTTPS connection which is port 443.

    Hi

    Do these accounts have Exchange online license? or are they shared mailboxes? OnePlaceMail App is not available for shared mailboxes.

    if they are full mailboxes then you should see the app appearing in Outlook when you select the inbox. are you able to send some screenshots of the steps you follow to support@oneplacesolutions.com so we can further assist you?

    Currently, it is not possible to open multiple OnePlaceDocs windwos.

    I'll add this to our suggestions and we will update this thread once there are any changes.

    Currently, switching to SharePoint view takes you to the root item selected in favourites. we will raise this feature request with the product management team and when this feature is added we will advice you.

    At the moment OneplaceMail App for Outlook is in preview mode, so you can only save emails to SharePoint.

    Hi

    Can you please try to delete the PST?

    1. Go to File-->Account settings-->account settings-->Data files and remove OnePlaceMail PST


    2. Close Outlook and then navigate to C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\OnePlaceSolution and delete OnePlaceMail.pst file
    3. Reopen Outlook, (PST will be created automatically) and see if issue still occurs

    Can you go to https://aad.portal.azure.com/ and go to Users and Groups > User Settings

    After that, check if the Enterprise Application option is set to yes. if not then please check it to YES and save

    Note that this change may take some time to propagate, around 24 hours.
