In this thread the question is related to OnePlaceMail Lite (free version), However, for the fully licensed OnePlaceMail version the update is not done automatically. The updates are done by administrator either by group policy or by SCCM or whatever tool is used in your organisation to deploy software. Regards,

Can you please upgrade to our latest release 7.8 from this link https://www.oneplacesolutions.com/download-clients.html (you will have to fill up a small form). If after updating you still get the same error then please delete your PST file. In Outlook go to file-->Account settings-->Account settings--> Data files--> Select OnePlaceMail and hit remove. 
 Close/Reopen Outlook and check if issue still occurs.Regards,

 commentedHi Do these accounts have Exchange online license? or are they shared mailboxes? OnePlaceMail App is not available for shared mailboxes. if they are full mailboxes then you should see the app appearing in Outlook when you select the inbox. are you able to send some screenshots of the steps you follow to support@oneplacesolutions.com so we can further assist you?  commentedHi Can you please try to delete the PST? 1. Go to File-->Account settings-->account settings-->Data files and remove OnePlaceMail PST 
 2. Close Outlook and then navigate to C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\OnePlaceSolution and delete OnePlaceMail.pst file
 3. Reopen Outlook, (PST will be created automatically) and see if issue still occursRegards,

Hi Michael,
That's correct. The full version of OnePlaceMail is not updated via live update service, it has be to updated via deployment software.
