Ability for firms to see license counts and manage license removal for departed users
With the Subscription ID, we need to contact the @OnePlace Solutions Customer Success Team or submit a support request to retrieve a current license count. It would be much more efficient if there was a portal where firms had the ability to see their license counts and remove licenses for departed users.

It would be terrific not only to identify who has the license installed but also to know who is actively using it. OPM should be able to know the volume of MB being transferred, and this data is crucial for effective management. It can help identify users who may require additional training to optimize their usage.
