How can we improve OnePlace Solutions?

OPM Download Feature - Insert from SharePoint - BackGround Downloading

OPM Download Feature is heavily used by our team. We are looking for some improvement in this feature because currently users are not comfortable with this long running download time and it was impacted our application usages.
Below are the steps:-
• Go to outlook  open new email window  click on “Insert from SharePoint”
• Search the site  open the folder  select the documents & email  click on “Insert as Attachment”
• OPM download the files and attached with in email - It will take more time and outlook blocked, no activity performed .

Requirement: If team implement something like "Background downloading" feature while documents & email download from SharePoint. So that users can use the outlook without any wait.

    Hey Rintu

    Thanks for getting in touch, to help us if we were to introduce something like a background download, are you wanting users to be able to get back to Outlook to complete other tasks until the download has been complete?
