I have an issue with running oneplace softwares on one of our clients, oneplacedoc doesn't starts automatically after logon and oneplacemale addon does not loads in outlook, also receive this error when trying to start oneplacedoc manually,
does anyone has similar issue or any suggestions?

This issue was resolved by browsing to %appdata%\roaming\OnePlace Solutions commonconfig.xml, and restarting Outlook

the only oneplace folder I found is under appdata\loca\
I've tried to delete that folder then the software create it again but didn't fixed the issue,

Thanks for your reply, there is no OneplaceSolution folder in that path, I can find similar folder in c:\users\\Appdata\local but not in Roaming, also I've checked the user profile from server side and didn't found that folder,

Can you please browse to c:\users\\Appdata\Roaming\OneplaceSolutions\
please send a copy of the commonconfig.xml to mailto:support@oneplacesolutions.com
Can you please then, close Outlook, and delete this file from the above location. Please reopen Outlook, and advise the outcome.
