When opening solution profiles i get a 'user cannot be found' warning

Today, when opening solution profiles i have got a 'error loading folders. click for more details.' message under the folder tree for the solution profiles. If i clcik for more details i get a 'user cannot be found' warning.

The solution profile can there fore not be opened. This seemed to happen over the weekend.

I can open and use the direct filing of OPM, but just not solution profiles.

This affects all users. Any idea what might be causing this?
