What is OnePlaceMail R6.4 Preview?

This Preview release has been made available for the Outlook 2013 clients and the main focus of this release has been extending the native capabilities of SharePoint Site Mailboxes. OnePlaceMail R6.4 Preview is extending SharePoint 2013 Site Mailboxes to overcome many of their limitations and provide additional capabilities for broader solution implementations on the SharePoint platform.

The Preview software is being provided as part of the Free Express Edition. On final release, we will have both a Free Express Edition and an Enterprise Edition.

The more suggestions and constructive feedback we receive, the better we can make OnePlaceMail. Please use your preferred social channel to invite or blog about the OnePlaceMail R6.4 Preview.

Are there any incentive for providing feedback and inviting others?

As a token of our appreciation for your assistance and feedback on the Preview, we are providing a 10% discount on OnePlaceMail Enterprise Edition licenses (purchased prior to March 31st 2013) for all people who have both registered for the preview and contributed with social media announcements (e.g. tweet, blog post, yammer) or provided constructive feedback in the OnePlaceMail Community forum.

What is included in the Preview release?

The R6.4 Preview has been provided as part of the free OnePlaceMail Express Edition. Compare Express vs Enterprise editions

The Preview includes the Outlook 2013 client (32 and 64 bit) software only. The Preview does not including the Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) components

The Preview download package includes a Sandbox Solution for SharePoint 2013 environment only. A SharePoint 2010 Sandbox Solution can be provided on request.

What happens after the Preview?

All suggestions and feedback will be used to help launch the R6.4 with Site Mailboxes support.

Once launched, you will be notified and be provided with the ability to update and stay on your Free Express Edition of OnePlaceMail R6.4, or to start an Enterprise Edition 30 day trial of OnePlaceMail.
