  1. Upcoming changes for Lite Desktop

    We have recently announced the release of OnePlace Solutions Desktop 8.0 full product.

    Release 8.0 Desktop Software also marks the end of the OnePlaceMail Desktop Lite (Free) Plan.

    However, we will continue to support the community through our freemium offer – the OnePlaceMail App Lite.

    We're also providing extended support for existing OnePlaceMail Desktop Lite Plan users with OnePlaceMail Lite support on the recently launched 7.12.2 desktop update.

  3. Intermittent 503 error when using OnePlaceMail App or OnePlace Solutions Desktop with Office 365

    Due to the current situation with COVID-19 and many people now working remotely, some Microsoft services are throttling to handle the extra load.
    This can result in a ‘503’ (Service Unavailable/Server Too Busy) is one of the errors that may appear when this occurs.

    Due to this, the 503 error may also appear intermittently when using the OnePlaceMail App as well as OnePlaceMail & OnePlaceDocs Desktop with Office 365.

    We have logged this with Microsoft Support and encourage users experiencing this to do the same via their tenant in Central Administration

    Release R7.4.3 is now available for download.

    Its now possible to insert from SharePoint into a meeting request, also you're able to now see if a document is checked out right from your desktop.
