Error during opening office packets

Hi,

We use the OnePlaceMAilSolutions; OnePlaceDocs and OnePlaceMail.

I receive the following message while opening a office packet (outlook, word,..) https://d2r1vs3d9006ap.cloudfront.net/s3_images/1469790/Capture.PNG?1471616818

I already tried to reinstall the application and repair office components. We use the OnePlaceSolutions 7.3.3 and .NET framework 4.6.1

    Thank you for your inquiry

    It looks like Prerequisites are not installed on the users machine?

    Prerequisites :

    .NET 4.52 Framework

    Visual Studio Tools for Office (VSTO) 2010 Runtime

    You can download the prerequisites by clicking on the link below and scrolling down to prerequisite section.
