    Can you please save an email directly to SharePoint using internet explorer and then try to open the email from SharePoint. taking OnePlaceMail totally out of the question.

    Hi Lucien,

    Currently, OnePlaceDocs only integrates with Adobe Acrobat Reader/Writer.\take. We are always interested in hearing from users how we can make using SharePoint easier.

    At the moment this is definitely on our roadmap for future considerations, however at this stage I do not have a firm date as to when this will be available.

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    Currently from Outlook View we do not have the feature to delete emails that are saved to SharePoint. This can only be achieved by switching to SharePoint view.

    However, I will add this to our product backlog and once this feature is added to our product, we will advice you

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    you cannot create a customize button in OnePlaceMail. However, you can give default values for Columns in SharePoint then use drag & drop procedure to move/copy emails to SharePoint.

    you can also add SharePoint locations to your Favourites. please click on the link below on how to add locations are your favourites.

    Can you please navigate to C:\Users\zahmed\AppData\Roaming\OnePlace Solutions and delete recents.XML file for the user. Close/reopen Outlook and check if issue still exists.

    Can you please navigate to C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\ and rename the folder "OnePlaceSolution" to OnePlaceSolution.OLD. close/reopen Outlook and check if settings still take time to open?

    Can you please confirm if only one version of Office and OnePlaceDocs is installed on the user's machine?

    What version of OPD is installed on the machine? you can find the version number from the about section of OPD.

    Can you please check the following registry and ensure Load Behaviour is set to 3

    What version of OPD is installed on the machine?

    Can you please navigate to C:\Users\zahmed\AppData\Roaming\ and rename the folder OnePlaceSolution to OnePlaceSolution.old. Close/reopen Outlook and OnePlaceDocs. Can you check if addin appears in the ribbon now?

    How did you roll out OPM for all users?How was the product licensed? did you use MSI file to install OPM and used Switches to define license location?

    1. Can you please check if license URL is set correctly?

    2. Please navigate to C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\ and rename the folder "OnePlaceSOlution" to "OnePlaceSolution.old". Please add the License URL again, test the connection and hit OK.

    Check if you still get the licensing error.

    Thank you for your inquiry.

    If you right click on any document in OPM, select Open with and select Word2016. Also tick "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" which would open the file with Word2016 next time you try to open .doc file.
