Outlook: Problem Refreshing OnePlace Mail Recent Locations/The Data File Failed to Load
A user has reported an error: "There was a problem refreshing OnePlace Mail recent locations. Error: The Outlook data file (.pst) failed to load for this session"
This happens when they've saved an email, yet does not stop the functionality from working.
We first encountered this error on the 22nd of November. The error was similar, although slightly different, to one I found on this site: http://community.oneplacesolutions.com/oneplacemail/topics/outlook-data-file-error-when-opening-outlook
I did the fix from that original post, as we also had a .pst file called "SharePoint Lists". This fixed the problem for the last couple of weeks, however it has cropped up again... Just wondering if there's anything else I should be doing, how can I fix this?

Thank you for your inquiry.
Can you please navigate to C:\Users\zahmed\AppData\Roaming\OnePlace Solutions and delete recents.XML file for the user. Close/reopen Outlook and check if issue still exists.
