An error occurred while saving the comment Olivia Kwant commentedHi Zeeshan,
I did it and it fixed the issue, however it's happening on many people's computers so are we expected to do this on all of them? I will also note that a) I have had to do this before, and b) when we reload OnePlace we're losing all configuration e.g. licence links, OnePlace Live link.
Thanks,
Olivia.

An error occurred while saving the comment Olivia Kwant commentedHi Elissa,
This has come up in the log file: 2016-08-25 08:59:11:659,636077123516595107,4,19,"Outlook","Error_Occurred-Normal operation 401 exception caught - Windows Integrated Authentication not alloing anonymous access-The request failed with HTTP status 401: Unauthorized.- at System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapHttpClientProtocol.ReadResponse(SoapClientMessage message, WebResponse response, Stream responseStream, Boolean asyncCall)

and this:

The only workflow we have in that library is to assign an External Data column's value into a text (site) column.
This user is on a Thin Client.
Thanks!
An error occurred while saving the comment Olivia Kwant commentedHi Elissa,
I will attach the screenshots here. I did clear out his recent locations in Settings in OnePlace Mail, and then enabled logging, so I will get him to retry this morning.
1. First error was the 'null array' one- he was using Solution Profiles to pick the location.
2. Second error was when we tried again using Solution Profiles and we got the 'file not found' error.

An error occurred while saving the comment Olivia Kwant commentedHi Elissa,
We've just had the same error occur at our end. When we tried a second time we were told 'file not found'. I have turned on the logging now, so hopefully when he tries again we'll be able to get a bit more info about why it's happening.
Thanks :)

An error occurred while saving the comment Olivia Kwant commentedHi Elissa,
We've just downloaded 7.3 and the box in your screenshot has come up now so thank you :)
An error occurred while saving the comment Olivia Kwant commentedHi Elissa, we have had the same issues. Does the new fix come with the latest update? Just wondering because I have not seen this option before.
I was just about to put this in as an error, but see that it has already come up:
"A staff member opened an existing Excel file (xlsm) out of our SharePoint environment, they went to do a Save As into another SharePoint location and got this message:
"The following features cannot be saved in macro-free workbooks: VB Project. To save a file with these features, click No, and then choose a macro-enabled file type in the File Type list. To continue saving as a macro-free workbook, click Yes"
Can Excel files with macros (xlsm) not be saved into SharePoint using the Save to SharePoint button that comes with OnePlace Docs? Or is there a setting we can change to let it save it?
Thanks"

I can try this when the staff member is next in. This won't be until Tuesday.
Thanks :)
