The only workflow we have in that library is to assign an External Data column's value into a text (site) column.
This user is on a Thin Client.
Thanks!

Hi Elissa,
I will attach the screenshots here. I did clear out his recent locations in Settings in OnePlace Mail, and then enabled logging, so I will get him to retry this morning.
1. First error was the 'null array' one- he was using Solution Profiles to pick the location.
2. Second error was when we tried again using Solution Profiles and we got the 'file not found' error.

Hi Olivia
Thanks for the inquiry
Can you please also send through a screenshot of the issue.
Are you able to confirm whether there are any workflows on this library?
Kind regards
Elissa

Hi Elissa,
We've just had the same error occur at our end. When we tried a second time we were told 'file not found'. I have turned on the logging now, so hopefully when he tries again we'll be able to get a bit more info about why it's happening.
Thanks :)

Hi Elissa,
I have checked the configuration and can confirm that Outlook runs with the Cache Mode set.
I have taken careful note of your advice about turning on the logging activity but I do not foresee any massive move of emails in the short term.
I will get back to you whether it happens.
Thanks again for your helpful hand.

Hi Michel
Thanks, we have tested previously with a high volume of emails so are suprised you are seeing this error.
could you please advise if your Outlook is set to cache mode?
If you still have a large number of emails to move, could you please turn on the OnePlaceMail logging prior to the move, and send this log to us?
The log can be set in Outlook via the OnePlaceMail tab, select OnePlaceMail Settings

Hi Elissa,
Sorry, but I cannot show anymore the messages as I have been moving all the relevant messages.
I tried to upload all the messages from folders I have created on my own In box to SharePoint.
This upload has been made one folder after the other, given that some among them have more than 300 emails.
Hope this helps.

Hi Michel
Thanks, are you able to please send a screen shot of what you are selecting in Outlook prior to this error occurring.
Could you also please attempt to move from a different folder other than your inbox
Look forward to your response
Elissa

Hello Elissa,
This is version being used information :
Client edition : Express
Client version : Release 6.4.2 (Build 25.0.2 Outlook 2010)
Licences info : Free Express License
This error occurs after the copy has been made but before deletion of the source messages, I have noticed that the message count on the target is increased by one.
Hope this helps.
