Hi Elissa,
Thank you for your concern.
I did not make any change on the proxy settings as it worked fine since the beginning.
What surprises me it the fact that this error occurs 1 month (or 31 days) after the product installation.
Do you see any connections between both events ?

An error has occurred in the OnePlaceMail filing dialog.
Error: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
Application: Scinaptic.OnePlaceMail.API.ClientIntegration
Method: Void .ctor(System.String[])
Stack Trace: at Scinaptic.OnePlaceMail.API.ClientIntegration.FrmMain..ctor(String[] args)

Hi Elissa,
I have checked the configuration and can confirm that Outlook runs with the Cache Mode set.
I have taken careful note of your advice about turning on the logging activity but I do not foresee any massive move of emails in the short term.
I will get back to you whether it happens.

Hi Elissa,
Sorry, but I cannot show anymore the messages as I have been moving all the relevant messages.
I tried to upload all the messages from folders I have created on my own In box to SharePoint.
This upload has been made one folder after the other, given that some among them have more than 300 emails.

Client edition : Express
Client version : Release 6.4.2 (Build 25.0.2 Outlook 2010)
Licences info : Free Express License
This error occurs after the copy has been made but before deletion of the source messages, I have noticed that the message count on the target is increased by one.

I changed the proxy settings from "No proxy" to "Auto-detect" and after restarting Outlook, I could get moving already my emails to Sharepoint .
The lack of OnePlaceEmail functionnality made me feel how much your software is useful to me.
Keep it up with this great software and I will praise it to everyone !
I would like to go for the Enterprise version but sadly it is a bit expensive for my means. I wil be trying to have it adopted by the company I work for (Sanofi Group).
