Click to activate license button then 0x80070005
Hi
A user in our organisation has an issue with OnePlaceDocs and I do not understand why.
When he opens OnePlaceDocs a message "Click to activate license" is displayed, and when we click on it, we have an error (then we click on "Try license check again", and it's ok).
I do not understand why we have this, because as you can see on my screenshot (sorry I greyed the confidential favourites), the user already has favourite in OnePlace docs, so the license is activate yet.
Could you please explain why we have this ? We have few other users in the same situation.

Thank you for your reply.
How did you roll out OPM for all users?How was the product licensed? did you use MSI file to install OPM and used Switches to define license location?

I think that the URL is set correctly because when I click on "Try license check again" (second screenshot), it works.
My question is why do we have this ? I would like to avoid our 600 users to have this issue ...

Thank you for your inquiry.
1. Can you please check if license URL is set correctly?
2. Please navigate to C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\ and rename the folder "OnePlaceSOlution" to "OnePlaceSolution.old". Please add the License URL again, test the connection and hit OK.
Check if you still get the licensing error.
